How do I place an order and pay for my dress?
We require a minimum 50% deposit at the time of ordering,but you can pay in full if you wish. The remaining 50% is due within 21 days of the time of delivery. To help you budget for your big day, we offer a ‘paying by installments’ system to help you spread the cost.
How long does it take for my dress to arrive?
The delivery time varies depending on the manufacturer. Typically, it can take 6-7 months. When your gown is delivered to us we will notify you by phone. At this point a first fitting appointment can be booked.
When should I choose my accessories?
When you have been notified that your dress has arrived, we can then arrange an accessory appointment. You will then be able to try on a selection of tiaras, veils and shoes, which will enable you to see your complete look.
Will the size I need to order for my dress be different from my normal dress size?
You could find you will need 1 to 2 sizes larger than high street clothing. This is nothing to be alarmed about, wedding dresses are a lot more structured and fitted than your ordinary clothing. We will take your measurements and recommend an appropriate size for you at the time of ordering.
What if I haven’t allowed enough time?
Don’t panic! Depending on how long we have there are different options available. We carry a lot of dresses in stock that can be bought immediately off peg. Some of our designers have certain styles which we can get hold of in a hurry. Bear in mind the later you leave it the more limited your choice will be.
When should I choose my accessories?
You can choose your accessories at the time of ordering your dress or When you have been notified that your dress has arrived, we can then arrange an accessory appointment.
