The personal data held about our clients is used to keep track of appointments and to remind you of appointments in advance via text or email.
Retention
The anonymised data is held by Google for 14 months. We hold personal information about our clients for up to a year after their last appointment with us.
Parties we share this information with
Your anonymised analytics data is sent to Google for processing. Your personal client information is not shared with any third parties.

How to lodge a subject access request
